I have had the opportunity twice in the past year to use the business services of Top Computers. The first time being a hardware issue, and the second time being a complete customized rebuilding of my business computer. I am in the Insurance profession and it is absolutely critical to have a working computer in my business.   In each case Eran could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed the problem along with his technician, and make the appropriate repairs. As far as my new computer is concerned. Wow, nothing could have been purchased in any store, like the one I have now in the way of memory size, speed, hard drive type, you name it.  And best of all at a very excellent price to me.  In all, my experience as a customer has been one of being treated with respect, care and efficiency. I am very happy with Eran at Top Computers, and would and do recommend them to anyone in need of their  professional  services. Simply put, to me they are the best in my experience.

The folks at Top Computers did everything humanly possible to recover data from my hard drive crash. When it proved impossible, for a very modest fee they restored my computer with a new hard drive and transferred data from an older drive. What I liked best was that they kept me informed the entire time and everything that they did was top notch and made sense. They were more upset than I when the dead drive couldn't be restored. I will use these folks again if I ever have problems (hope not too soon!!!)

My computer developed a virus. I Googled for a computer repair company in my area (32751). The moment I entered the door I was struck by the professional demeanor of all three of the people with whom I had contact. They understood my problem and answered questions about additional options. First, I'd like to say that I was very impressed with the specialized attention that I received when I brought my Dell desk top computer in for service and they were immediately able to diagnose my problem within 15 minutes. The technician, Anthony and Eran advised me that I needed more ram and should change the operating system to Windows 7. The work was completed within 3 days and the estimate I was given was true to form. No hidden costs or surprises. Additionally, I had a couple of technical questions once I was using the system at home and called them to troubleshoot over the phone. They helped me over the phone for no extra cost. The Geek Squad doesn't even come close in terms of service or cost.

Moreover, I have been a deputy sheriff for over 24 years and I wouldn't trust or recommend just anyone, but I certainly recommend and endorse Top Computers for all your computer needs.

Eran, John and Anthony, Thank you sooo much for fixing the hinge on my dell laptop. I was a pretty demanding customer, asking them to order the parts first, then I would come back and wait while they fix the problem. There was no hesitation and Eran was willing to work with me whatever way that "I" would be comfortable. The parts took a little longer than they thought to arrive and I called just about everday (i tend to be a little impatient) for two weeks, but each time I called Eran was no nice about it and guaranteed he would call me as soon as they arrive. Finally, I got a call from John and I asked if I could come over that same day for them to do it. This was also no problem for this team. So I did and to TRY and make a long story short, my laptop is working good as new now. I will not use anyone else for my computer needs and I will definitely tell my friends and family about them.
