Outbound Computer Technician II

We are seeking a well organized computer technician with 2 to 3 years of broad based experience (1 year of onsite experience is required). You must be able to work a five day work week and have reliable transportation. Self Motivation is a must. A+ technical certification is required. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Strong troubleshooting skills and some telephone support skills required. Networking skills are a plus.

Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer. Applicant must have at least 5 years of IT experience and at least 1 year outbound service. At least one technical certification is required, MCSE strongly preferred. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Applicant must have a desire to be busy and demonstrated an ability to work with customers and thoroughly document troubleshooting steps. Experience in NT/2000/2003 Active Directory operating systems.

Experience in working with Firewall, VPN, LAN, WAN, Exchange Server 2000. Communication /Hub/Router/Switch. Able to self learn new material in a short period.

Good communication skills Service oriented.
